Welcome to Adultsfunclub. You must read and agree to these terms and conditions before you may access or view our site. Please take the time to read them carefully. By visiting the Adultsfunclub site, you are agreeing to its terms. This agreement is subject to change at any time and changes are effective upon posting. Please take the time to bookmark this page and check it frequently as it is your responsibility to refer to this page for any amendments/changes to the original agreement.
These rules and our Privacy Policy govern all activity on this site including our chat room.
Please note that if your account or your profile does not comply with this policy, your account will be immediately terminated and if your behaviour is not within the stated guidelines we may report you to the relevant legal authority.
Non -Acceptable Behaviour.
1. Anything illegal and contrary to the laws of the Country you reside in, including (but not limited to!) the promotion, suggestion or allusion to underage sex, rape or any non consensual acts, drugs (including the misuse of prescribed medicines or the mention of Viagra/cialis) or any kind of illegal activity.
2. Any comments which are racist or hateful.
3. Aggressive or abusive behaviour towards other members or staff of Adultsfunclub.
4. Excessive profanity will not be tolerated.
5. The posting of any commercial sexual advertisements.
6. Attempts to sell services or goods of any kind.
7. The posting of any picture on any part of the site that you do not own, or posting pictures that are fake, joke, defamatory or do not actually contain any part of you in them or that include a third party without their consent to use on this site.
8. No selling of your account to a third party.
9. No one under the age is 18 or 21 where applicable is allowed to appear on a webcam, if there are children present whilst you are using the site then turn OFF your camera. If you are viewing someone else’s camera and a child is present, please disconnect the connection.
10. No videos are to be played in the chat-room, as this may break copyright laws, or if there is a third party involved they may have not given their permission to be viewed.
Non Acceptable Photographs
1. Anyone who looks under the age of 18 or 21 where applicable.
2. Anyone with children (under the age of 18 or 21 where applicable) shown in the photograph
3. Only uploading thumbnail photographs is not acceptable.
4. Photographs with contact information on them.
5. Photographs that are not of yourself, for example cartoons
6. Anything that seems to be obscene to the administrator’s for of the website.
7. Photographs that contain animals
8. Photographs that are spam, this includes photographs that are for commercial purposes.
Website Rules
1. We suggest for your own safety that you use “user” names other than real life names and no not breach international laws in relation to trade marks.
2. All members must be over the age of consent to join this site (18 or 21 where applicable), if you even appear to look under the respective age you may be removed from the site.
3. No person is allowed to pass themselves off as a gender other than their own unless in the case of a post operative gender realignment or part of the pre-operative legal requirements (in which case documentary evidence may be required).
4. Your account is for your use only, no third party is allowed to activate or use your account without previous consent from us.
5. Locations, dates and times of meetings with others should only be disclosed in private emails or private instant messenger and not in the open forums or chat-rooms.
6. No banned members are allowed to be invited to a meeting or any kind of social event that has been advertised on this website or promoted to the website members.
Your Obligations
1. If you are offended by another user’s screen name please email us and will look into it to see if it breaches the rules, similarly if you are unsure about the username you wish to use please email us for advice.
2. You are obligated to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out the registration form.
3. You must maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration.
4. We are concerned about the safety and privacy of all our users, particularly children. Please remember that the site is designed to appeal to an audience that is aged 18 or 21 where appropriate. Accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that whilst viewing the site there are no children in the room and that you log out of this site if the computer is not in use.

On – Line conduct
1. All photographs, graphics, videos, messages, text or other content (‘materials’), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which the content originated. This means that you are entirely responsible for all content that you upload post or email on our website. We do not control the content posted via any chat area and therefore do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of the content.
2. Under no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any content, including (without limitation) any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content. You also understand that by using our chat areas and out site, you may be exposed to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable.
3. You agree that you will not use any part of our site or chat room to :
3.1 upload, post or email any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, hateful, libellous, obscene, racially or otherwise objectionable.
3.2 Harm minors in any way
3.3 Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity or disguise the origin of any content
3.4 ‘stalk’ or otherwise harass another member
3.5 Collect or store personal date about other users
3.6 Upload, post or email any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, ‘junk mail’, ‘spam’, ‘chain letters’, or any other form of solicitation
3.7 Upload, post or email any content that infringes any intellectual property rights of any party
3.8 Upload, post or email any content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships
3.9 Upload, post or email any content that contains computer viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
3.10 Disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to ‘scroll’ faster than other users of the chat areas are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users ability to engage in real time exchanges
3.11 Violate any applicable national or international laws or regulations
3.12 You acknowledge that we pre-approve photos and videos that are to go onto the site. We may also modify or remove any content that is available on or via any chat area or our site generally if it is warranted.
Sanctions
1. As soon as we are made aware of activities that breach these rules, our terms and conditions or our Privacy Policy, prompt action will be taken. If you witness such breaches anywhere on the site please notify us immediately
Enforcement
Failure to comply with the Acceptable Use Policy or Failure to comply with any request made by our administrators will lead to a warning or Termination of your account from the site without notice.
