1.About Adultsfunclub and the information we collect.
Adultsfunclub is an online network which provides you with useful tools and communities to build online relationships. Its basic service is FREE to all qualifying members.
Adultsfunclub collects personal information such as email addresses, age, gender, type of relationship you are looking for and demographic information such as postal/zip codes.
If you choose to sign up for a paid subscription service, we will collect additional personal information, including your credit card number and billing address.
None of the personally identifiable information can be accessed or used by the public to identify a specific individual.
Adultsfunclub also collects certain tracking information. This information may include your IP address and email addresses.
If you choose to post personal information about yourself in emails or chat rooms etc, we will display such information about you as is written.
If you send us personal correspondence such as emails or letters or if other users or third parties send us correspondence regarding your activity on the site, we may collect such information into a file which will only be accessed by our authorised personnel. If the information collected is in regards to abuse on the site or a complaint you will be notified as to the contents of the other user’s comments although their identity will be anonymous.
If you choose to avail of our referral service “tell a friend”, we will ask you for your friends name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one off email inviting them to visit the site. We will store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one off email and tracking the success of our “tell a friend” referral service. At any time you can contact us at our Customer Service Manager via our help e-mail address to remove this information from our database.
2. Our use of your information
We internally use the personally identifiable information of our users to statistically monitor the site usage. We also use your email address to deliver information to you such as new members. If you do not want emails sent to you simply switch this option off through the account setting page. We use personally identifiable information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our user agreement.
3. Our disclosure of your information.
We DO NOT rent or sell or disclose any personal identifiable information or email addresses to any third party. We hold this information in the strictest privacy to be used only in the intent that it was disclosed.
We do however cooperate with all law enforcement enquiries. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process served on our website.
We use a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
4. Your use of other users’ information.
You may not use other users’ information for commercial purpose, to harass, threaten or to spam other members. You must not use photos other than your own. Adultsfunclub reserves the right to terminate those who misuse others information or who otherwise violate the Adultsfunclub Terms of Use.
5. Control of your username and password.
You must not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If you lose control of your password you may lose control over your personally identifiable information and may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. If your password has been compromised in any way you should change it immediately or if you think someone else has access to your account.
6. Reviewing and changing your identifiable information
Once you have registered with Adultsfunclub you will be able to review and change your personally identifiable information such as password, postal/zip codes, email address, profile information. All changes can be made by going into your account and editing the information.
We strongly urge users to change their password periodically to help reduce the risk of unauthorised access to your account information.
Upon your request, we will remove your credit card number and credit card expiration date from our main database. To make this request you can email our customer service desk. We will retain in our files information, including credit card information, you have requested to remove in some circumstances, such as resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, comply with credit card merchant banking and association agreements, enhance security, reduce fraud and to enforce our Terms of Use Agreement.
7. Security
Adultsfunclub has security measures in place to protect and prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information we are in control of. We use industry standard efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of users’ information such as firewalls.
8. Use of Cookies

Whilst this privacy Policy expresses Adultsfunclub’s standards for maintaining personal and private data, we are not in a position to guarantee it, in the event of factors beyond our control e.g crackers and other malcontents etc that may result in the disclosure of data.
