Q: How do I change my password?
A: Follow the steps below to change your password:

Under my account settings on the left hand side press edit profile this will bring you to edit account information. |

Delete existing password and enter your new password. |

Q: How do I check my membership status?

A: To turn on Auto Login, visit the Secure Login page and check the box next to Remember me. To turn off Auto Login, you must first logout of the system. Then, visit the Secure Login page and remove the check mark next to Remember me. Q: How do I update my profile information?
A: Log in, then click into my account settings on the left underneath My Profile. Account information will then come up - here you can edit username etc. To edit more of your account press the edit button underneath this section. Q: My computer is set to block pop-up ads. Will this interfere with Instant messenger or getting into the chat rooms?
A: Yes, your Internet browser may be preventing you from using our chat rooms or Instant Messenger. Try these suggestions to temporarily disable your popup blockers
- .Using a PC? Hold down the CTRL key on your keyboard and click on Instant Messenger on someones profile with your mouse.
- Using a Mac? Hold down the apple-key on your keyboard and click on Instant Messenger on someones profile with your mouse.
- If neither of these suggestions works ... Go into the control panel on your pc. Then go into network and internet connections and then internet options. Click on the security tab and then click into trusted sites (green tick). Click into the sites bar/tab, where it says add this website to the zone type in the the site address including http:// (some computers may require https://). Press apply and then ok. Some computer may need rebooting (turn off and then back on)
